The Makita XWL01 36V (18V X2) LXT® Brushless 14″ Cut-Off Saw delivers the cutting power of a corded chop saw with the convenience and mobility of cordless operation. Powered by Makita’s proven dual 18V LXT battery platform, the XWL01 eliminates the limitations of extension cords and generators while delivering up to 3,800 RPM for demanding metal-cutting applications. The large 14-inch abrasive wheel provides exceptional cutting capacity, allowing operators to cut materials up to 5 inches in diameter and rectangular tubing up to 4″ x 7-5/8″.

Engineered for productivity, the XWL01 features tool-less fence and vise adjustments, tool-less wheel changes, an electric brake, soft start technology, and a large spark guard that helps direct debris away from the operator and surrounding work area.
